Founded in 1970 by Mel Lint, Polk County Heating & Cooling has built a reputation of honesty, quality, and great service. Polk County Heating & Cooling started as a heating and cooling company and later added a plumbing department, electrical department, & site utilities. All four departments give you the customer the convenience of having a company that stands behind “one call does it all”.
